I am originally from Washington, DC, and have lived in Ft. Collins, CO, and Miami, FL. I love traveling, the great outdoors, reading, writing, and learning new modalities to better serve my clients.
I have learned that healing modalities and lifestyle tweaks can improve a person's quality of life and health.
How Did I Get into This Work:
It began when I lived in Colorado and was introduced to self-development, yoga, meditation, and fitness. These disciplines taught me valuable skills in overcoming my anxiety and improving my wellbeing.
This sparked me to pursue a career as a personal trainer and massage therapist. And from that foundation, I have expanded my knowledge of Energy work, Yoga & Meditation, Nutrition.

Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to helping others feel more empowered and fulfilled through meditation. Every human being has a beautiful light within just waiting to shine, but external stresses can often block us from unlocking our full potential. As a skilled Meditation Teacher, I work with you to dive deep and explore, unleashing your true vibrancy and joy.
Reiki & Energy Work
