My absolute favorite type of yoga is a blend of Restorative and Yoga Nidra because it feels like a snugly nap time for me
I have to say it can have a host of sensations and can trigger other feelings depending on the person. But, for me these practices have always left me restored and at peace.
I just love taking these classes, and teaching them. I find that our modern lives are filled with so much action and expectation and this allows us a space to just be.
There is no objective or goal. Just pure relaxation and an exploration into what comes up when we relax and surrender to the stillness.
